Day 250

Background: As a part of a campaign to stop defacing campus, the lights of the T on Tech Tower were turned off at around 8:45pm. So, naturally, I took a picture. I have no tripod, so a decent night shot was out of the question. Plus, I was being pushed back into my room by four other people so that I could give TWEWY to someone. He traded me Puzzle Quest as a sort of game deal. So now I have a DS game to play (along with the five other games I have yet to touch)!

Day 216, 217

I'll owe you a Saturday picture, then.

First picture here is the most ghetto* way to open a can. Hammer and screwdriver to open a small hole in it, then the pliers to pull open the lid. No pain involved...thankfully. It was slightly annoying to scrape the food out of the can itself with a plastic fork, but everything turned out well in the end. That night I ate with my roommate from last year - and it was delicious. You'll probably not think the combination that we had was good, but forget that! It was good! Then we played video games for the next hour or so while my roommates drank and played games out in the room lobby.

Next, it's my campus! That tradition that it not endorsed by the college has led to signs that read "WES CAMPUS". Therefore, since my name is Wes, I own half of campus! But yeah, not too much of note has happened. I went to a volleyball game that turned out really well. I saw a couple episodes of Dr. Who. There's not really much else to report on my end, hence the lack of interesting pictures.

Day 75

To make up for yesterday's late update, it's an update prior to 1pm! You'd better be thankful, since this almost never happens.

Background: I looked at this and thought, "What on earth is ES PREP?" Another second later, I thought "Oh wait a minute. EST? Did someone steal the T at the end?" and then it hit me. TEST preparation...But at least my first instinct is guessing that a T was stolen from it somewhere. Like I said in one of the earlier posts, it's all over campus. Lots of signs without T's are a usual sight. It can get pretty funny. I know the Architecture Building is missing two very nice silver T's, and that signs for buildings have some easily stolen T's.

Day 18

I have conquered WORLDS!

Background: It's the first T that I stole at Tech. It's a long tradition that you can go look up if you're actually interested and don't already know about it. It was from a sign on my dorm hall saying "DON'T" something or another. So I took it.

After I took some pictures, I realized it looked like male genitalia. Which made it even more hilarious when I put them on my computer and had the option to "Enlarge" the photo.
