Day 292, 293

Day late, but extra picture!

Pictures this time are about the fall colors! I got to practice about 15 minutes early, so I snapped a few of the surrounding area. Later, a cymbal player walked up and we talked cameras for a bit. He knows more than I do. Most photography people do. Then practice and unloading was underway, and I ran over there to do stuff. But the trees were great colors, and I had to grab a few before starting.


Also, it's GAMEDAY! I'm leaving pretty soon, and was just writing this post before heading out. It'll be a cold night. I hate the cold. We'll see how this turns out.

Day 102

Picture: My workspace

Background: I have been sitting here all day. No, really. I've obviously ventured outside my dorm room once or twice (food, restroom), but honestly, I haven't had to go anywhere. And the rain gave me the perfect excuse not to go outside! So there hasn't been really any picture taking opportunities today. I considered another lame picture of myself, but I thought it might be worth it to take a picture of my entire desk. I mean, I'm moving out in about four days! You can see my clock, phone, towel (just barely), some papers, my lamp, and of course, all my sticky notes. My laptop was playing this song at the time. They're not really reminders for anything - most of them are silly in one way or another. I've got three more on the wall to me left and two on the TV on my right. Those five are semi-serious. So yeah, that's my workspace. Come to think of it, I should've take it with 11:17pm on my clock, but I just realized it at 11:18 as of me typing this up.

Two other interesting things: For one, I'm actually going to start proofreading these posts. I used to not, until yesterday. I'm sure it was obvious sometimes. For two, the keywords "hope there won't be too much pandalism today!" somehow got linked to my blog. Funsauce.

Day 99

Part two of the double update! But filled with less anger

Background: So the main theme to this is pretty awesome. And it's on the marimba, no less! A friend from highschool showed me this song awhile ago, and I loved it so much that I had to get the song myself. A few days ago, I was pecking around on the marimba and decided to give this song a try. Well, someone recognized it as I played it, and eventually decided that I had to watch the movie. She gave me the movie, pictured here, but I haven't watched it just yet. I really want to, but I've been doing other things. No good excuse, though. I might have to put it on my computer to watch later, instead.
